Dr Yogesh Chougule has been inducted with the Fellow of American College of Surgeons (FACS) recently. He is one of the youngest Eye surgeon from India to receive such an honor. FACS is a professional certification for a medical professional who has passed a set of criteria for education, qualification, and ethics required to join the American College of Surgeons.
